VENDOR SIGN UP INFORMATION

***You must be a juried Professional Crafts Council Member to exhibit in this fair***
PLEASE NOTE: In order to participate in the fair, your PEICC membership must be current, and you must be a juried professional member of the PEICC to sell craft and fine art.
Professional members of Craft Nova Scotia and Craft New Brunswick are required to purchase a professional membership to participate in this event.
Food and book venders must have a current General membership with the PEICC.
Food vendors must comply with Prince Edward Island Food Safety Laws and Requirements. Provincial food safety laws are enforced by Prince Edward Island Environmental Health. Vendors must hold a valid licence.

BOOTH FEES: (The deadline for applications and payment is November 8th, 2023.) You will be invoiced though Square after the PEICC executive director has reviewed your application (September invoices will be sent).

BOOTH RENTALS: New location - New Setup
Spaces with Electricity: 16 x 16 feet, and may be occupied by One vendor or Two Vendors.
If space is shared between two vendors, each vendor must allow space for customers to walk and stand within their own booth space. There are enough chairs for one per booth and some extras for those needing two.
Spaces with No Electricity: 4 x 6 feet, enough room for one 6 foot table and chair.
These stand alone table booths are located down the middle of the hall. No wall or backdrop.

Full space 16 x16 feet - $390 plus HST
Half space 8 x 16 feet deep - $195 plus HST
Micro space 4 x 6 feet - $100 plus HST
Table rental no coverings - $20 plus HST per 6 foot table
Table rental with coverings and skirts $35 plus HST per 6 foot table

BOOTH HOLDERS AGREEMENTS:

Standards: All items offered for sale must be produced by active professional members in good standing of the PEICC, in the medium which the artisan’s work has been juried. Booths must be ready for Standards committee review one hour before show opening and all items for sale must comply with PEICC Standards Committee decisions.
Pricing: All items must be clearly marked with prices.
Table covers: Exhibitors are encouraged to cover tables tops and table sides.
Electricity: Electricity is included in the booth price for Full and Half size booths. Exhibitor is responsible to bring their own extension cords to access plugs. NO electricity access for the Micro space booths.
Pipe and Drape: There will be pipe and drape between full size booths. There is no pipe and drape for micro booths.
Management:
Each booth must be open on time daily, and remain open for the duration of the fair.
Maintenance: All cartons and packing materials must be removed or hidden before the Fair opens. All property must be removed from the premises Sunday evening.
Booth Space: Booths will be taped off and must be organized in such a way so it will not intrude upon neighboring booths. Extensions beyond individual booth boundaries will not be permitted as we will be maintaining a social distance between booths for everyone’s comfort.
Insurance: Insurance is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Flammable/Toxic Materials: The use of candles or other flammable or toxic materials is prohibited.
Fair Entrance Fee: There will be a recommended fair entrance fee of $5 per person. (Under 12 is free.) Entrance fee includes the entire weekend and a ballot for the door prize.
Donations for Door Prize: We will be collecting a small item from each booth for a door prize. Thank you for your generous support by donating a handcrafted item. This is also a valuable promotional tool for the fair. Board Members, and Fair Committee Members are not eligible to win the Door Prizes. There will be no Raffle
