The Market Checklist 

• ALL Vendors and their helpers must sign in with contact information during set up and on Market days. Health PEI requirement. 

• One vendor per booth if possible.  Health PEI requirement to maintain social distancing and numbers.  Double booths may have two people.

• Booth space is 8 x 8 feet.

• The 6 feet of spacing on either side of your booth is not to be used for viewing products or standing.  It may be used to walk around your table.

• One 8 foot table, one chair, and table cloth is provided by the Delta. (we can remove the table if you do not need it)

• Table skirts are not provided. We recommend you bring your own skirt or extra table covering to hide anything you are storing underneath the table.

• Every vendor will have a wall behind their table.  You can use magnetic hooks to hang a sign.  No nails, tacks etc.

• You may bring your own shelving, decorations etc. but all items must be contained in your 8 x 8 foot space.

• Electricity.  You must bring extension cords and power bars to access the electricity for your booth.  Please allow neighboring booths to access the plug if it is located in your booth space. We will have lots of tape to cover the cords. 

• WIFI is provided by the Delta.  

• There is an ATM in the foyer outside the ballroom entrance.

• Square is a great option for contactless payments.  If you need help setting up we can assist with that.  

• No open flames, burning candles, incense etc.

• Need a bathroom break, have a concern, etc. Ask your neighbor or Text Ayelet 902 393 6377   or Arlene 902 439 0885.   

• Unloading on Thursday  4 - 9 pm & Friday Setup 8 - 11 am. You may park in front of the Delta.  There will be carts near the doors to share.  Please move your vehicle before setting up.  

• Parking.  The Delta has paid underground parking.  The parking lot across from the Delta is private.  You may park here on Saturday.  The parking lot by Peakes Quay is currently open for parking at no cost.   There are also two parkades downtown.  

• All booths should be ready ½ hour before the Market opens. Hours are:
  Friday Fair 12 pm - 8 pm

  Saturday Fair  9 am - 4 pm

• Tear down is Saturday Tear down 4 - 7 pm

• We will be handing out a Map to all visitors which will include Vendor contact information. 

• We are not providing name tags for this fair.  Please bring your own name tag if you like.

• Volunteers - we are still in need of volunteers for the Market.  Give us a call if you have a family member or a friend that would like to help out.
