The PEI craft council is pleased to present its first ever Spring Market.
April 30th - May 1st, 2021
PEI Convention Centre – Delta Hotel
Queen Street, Charlottetown
BOOTH RENTALS: One Size only 8 X 8 foot space with 1 table (2‘x 8‘’), 1 chair - 1 Vendor maximum at any time during Fair hours.
Table cloth is provided by the Delta.
Electrical service is included in booth rental.
Vendor MUST BRING extensions cords to access outlets.
Extra lighting and signage are to be provided by the exhibitor.
There will be NO PIPE OR DRAPE, NO TABLE SKIRTS.
MAPS: There will be a map provided this year. The map will indicate which ballroom each vendor is in and will provide contact information for each vendor.
HOURS:
Thursday Setup 6 - 9 pm
Friday Setup 9 - 11 am
Friday Fair 12 pm - 8 pm
Saturday Fair 9 am - 4 pm
Saturday Tear down 4 - 7 pm
CREDIT CARD SERVICE: An ATM machine for cash is available in the lobby of the Delta PEI Convention Centre. Free WIFI service is available in the Centre. We recommend that anyone expecting to sell high priced items has Square payment capability in their booth. If you need assistance getting setup with this services you may contact us prior to the event and we will help get you started.
ADMISSION BY DONATION: We will be collecting "toonie donations" for local charities.
BOOTH FEES: (The deadline for applications and payment is April 16th, 2021.) You will be invoiced by Square after we have processed your application. Immediate payment is required to reserve your spot.
PEICC Member $120.00 + HST
Non-member $165.00 + HST
BOOTH HOLDERS AGREEMENTS:
Refund Policy: No refund once booked. If for some reason the show is cancelled, vendors will be refunded full booth fee.
Standards: All items offered for sale must be hand made on PEI and produced by the vendor. If you are not a member of the PEICC please email images of your product to peicraftscouncil@gmail.com
Pricing: All items must be clearly marked with prices.
Management: Each booth must be open on time daily, and remain open for the duration of the fair.
Sales Tax: All participants are responsible for remitting their own taxes, in accordance with government guidelines.
Maintenance: All cartons and packing materials must be removed or hidden under table before the Fair opens. All property must be removed from the premises Sunday evening.
Booth Space: Booths will be taped off and must be organized in such a way so it will not intrude upon neighboring booths. Extensions beyond individual booth boundaries will not be permitted as we need to maintain a 6 foot separation between booths as required by Health PEI.
Insurance: Insurance is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Flammable/Toxic Materials: The use of candles or other flammable or toxic materials is prohibited.
